I enjoyed my stay at the hotel with its convenient location close to the beach and various amenities. The rooms were comfortable, but there were some issues with the TV reception. The hotel is in a great location, very near the beach and around 2kms from walking street with excellent walking distance to both the beach and walking street. The rooms are excellent overall, despite being near the elevator which made the 'pling pling' sound all night. The service was mixed, with some incredible help from certain staff but some issues with lack of helpfulness and pushy behavior. The dining options were average but plentiful, and the facilities were satisfactory.
